Collins Sor started his football career at a Port Harcourt-based academy called Family Love Academy.
He developed through the ranks of the the academy between 2017 and 2018 as he showed several promising abilities.
Collins Yira Sor later moved to 36 Lion Academy in Lagos on 1st January 2019. He continued his development there till 2021.
Yira Sor had a stellar campaign with 36 Lion Academy and attracted a lot of interest at a very young age, this included interest from Banik Ostrava.
On the 9th of February, 2021, Collins Yira Sor signed for Czech First League club Baník Ostrava for an undisclosed fee.
Collins Yira Sor had a total of 10 appearances for Banik Ostrava in his first season, recording no goal for the 2020/2021 campaign.
In his second season with Banik Ostrava, Collins Yira Sor made a total of 19 appearances for the team. Scoring 4 goals in all competitions and providing 5 assists.
On 21st of January 2022, Slavia Prague confirmed the signing of Collins Yira Sor on a contract until December 2026 while his compatriot, Ubong Ekpai joined Baník Ostrava on loan as part of the deal.
